The 2018 Management Boot Camp passed out 31 participants on Friday at dinner to climax the week-long programme.
ParticipantsÂ were presented with certificates by Citi FM management at the dinner.
The dinner was lit with music from highlife band, Dromo Naa.
Bernard Avle addressed the participants on behalf on Citi FM and encouraged them to live what they have learned at the camp.
This is to ensure their impact is felt in the workspace.
The Management Boot Camp is an executive week-long advanced management training programme, designed for Senior Management in various industries, including persons in the private and public sectors.
It is one of the marquee initiatives under theÂ Citi Business Festival.
Topics tackled at the camp included, â€œLeadership Essentialsâ€�, â€œManaging Peopleâ€”Itâ€™s Harder than you thinkâ€� Leap Frogging the Competitionâ€�, â€œCreating a Leadership Brandâ€�, â€œGetting the Best out of your staffâ€� as well as â€œWho Moved my Cheeseâ€�.
The facilitators of the 2018 camp were Capt. Budu Koomson, Beryl Hammond Appiah, Maxwell Dodd, Prof. Robert Ebo Hinson, Kofi Bentsil and Martyn Mensah.
The week-long residential executive education programme is targeted at senior managers and businessmen and women.
The carefully selected faculty of facilitators brought a blend of rich academic and practical expertise to take participants through a wide range of contemporary management and strategic issues.
